Ordered a recliner/rocker online 02/20/23 for pick up at Danbury Ct store on 02/22/23 and it wasn't delivered to the store. Recliner difficult to recline even for a 27 year old . The Rocker works fine.

There was no delivery. R&F failed to inform us that our custom order sofa arrived damaged at the warehouse but instead proceeded to charge the full amount for the sofa plus delivery and scheduled the delivery.
We moved the old sofa out into the yard on delivery day and I took the day off work (unpaid). Nobody showed up and nobody informed us about the situation. I had to call the store to find out there was no sofa, which was charged in full to us a couple of days ago!
What kind of customer service is this???

Despina, the furniture consultant was so nice ! Very personable, friendly, listened to us explaining what we we were looking for regarding a love seat, answered all our questions.
She is delightful and made our shopping experience very easy !

Pressure” approach. He pointed us in the right direction. Was close by and available for questions. Gave us space when we needed it.

It is always a pleasure to work with Gary at the Brookfield, CT store. I am not an easy customer and Gary goes above and beyond! We have been purchasing furniture at the Brookfield Raymour for years and wouldn't think of having another sales person help us. If you go - ask for Gary :)

great sales rep found me exactly what I was looking for no pressure

I would really give this 3 Stars, but our salesperson, Phil, made our experience a really great one with his kind and non-pressure-like approach with us. It was upsetting to find out that he was "transferred" to another store suddenly, as he asked us to come back and see him the next day as we need 2 mattresses and he was going to help us with our needs. Also, when our dining room table came in, Raymour was supposed to call us to let us know it was in to pick up. 3 days after we were to be called, we had to call the store just to find out it has been sitting waiting for us. Great experience with Phil and just terrible customer service after the sale.

I am so happy with how I was treated after I was disappointed with a purchase. You and your team went over and above to accommodate me. So grateful, customer service inside and outside the store
