Raymour & Flanigan - Carle Place Reviews 

I bought a mattress two days ago and was helped by Jessie Lebhar. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to help me with ease. I bought an Estate Ultra Firm again. The first time my husband and I came to Raymour and Flanigan was about 11 years ago and we purchased the same mattress. The mattress was so good that we bought another one. Jessie was able a very good saleswoman that was very friendly and listened to what I had to say about Raymour and Flanigan. I highly recommend asking for Jesse or for that matter any salesperson if she is not there. They are all good.
My husband and I went to many other mattress stores in our area and decided that this store is the most helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses. Many other stores try to push their stock or their opinions that are not accurate. Not Raymour and Flanigan. They are genuinely in the business of knowing their products and do not try to convince you otherwise.
I highly recommend them. One more thing. The delivery was the next day! The men were also extremely quick and professional. My experience was excellent.

The customer service is so horrible! No one calls back! You the customer have to constantly call them! I have been buying from them for years but with this last episode with them l will not be buying from them again! Can you imagine I spent almost $22,000 on a bedroom set since October here it is April and they didn’t rectify the problem with my dresser! Horrible customer service! If you can buy from someone else! Don’t waste your time or your money on Raymour $ Flanigan! The sale people are quick to help but after they get your money they drop you like a hot potato namely Mr. Maldonado from the store on Glen Cove Road Carl Place

We were greeted when we walked in the door but never felt pressure as we shopped. Our salesman, Shak, was comfortable to talk with and knowledgeable of the products and understood our need. We left and went to Lazy Boy but returned in under 10 minutes. Raymour and Flanigan had a better recliner option at a much better price.

Horrible they lie about there stock till your all paid then you get a half delivery and told many lies of where the rest is I went threw thanksgiving and not Christmas with an incomplete couch horrible management stay away

My husband and I came to this store after getting lied by Bob’s furniture store that they’ll deliver 4,000$ worth of furniture on time. Turns out that they had nothing in stock (even though we put a huge deposit) and everything would have taken 2 months to get delivered.

Luckily, this location in Carle Place, had the most amazing salesperson, Jessie Lebhar. She understood exactly what we were looking for and ensured that we found everything within our budget.

The entire process felt very easy and quick. We are so grateful!! Moving forward, this is the ONLY place we’ll be shopping for furniture.

I would recommend Raymour and Flanigan in carle place, staff was helpful and friendly. They were not pushy very pleasant to deal with. Rochelle made our experience stress free. The manager was very accommodating as well. Thank you Rochelle for all our help.

Salesman told us the old matress and box spring would be removed when new one was delivered. However the delivery person would not take it. We were very disappointed by that. We were never told our OLD matress had to be in pristine condition because it was being recycled apparently and given to someone else. What? Not sure how many people's matress after 10 or so years of use is in pristine condition. Part of us buying it at this store was for the removal service. Now I have to call for pick up drag both to curb etc. We are an older couple and didn't bargain for that. I didn't mind spending 5,000 dollars but thought the matress removal was a definite. Frustrating and disappointed to say the least.

We have been treated very well by our salesperson, Jessie Lebhar, at the Glen Cove Road, Carle Place NY store. She answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and showed us all around the showroom per our request. It was a pleasure working with her. We purchased 2 bedroom sets and a credenza through Jessie. She was very patient, listened to us and eventually helped us with a sales write up. She followed up with a call regarding our delivery date. We were very grateful for her help and we appreciated the excellent service.
