We went to a few different stores but…
We went to a few different stores but here, Fred Hall was THE best sales associate we’ve ever met & we will return to buy more furniture from him.
He truly listened, wasn’t pushy but informative & genuine. He helped us narrow down what we did & didn’t want perfectly. He thought of every detail & it was so easy & comfy working with him, we want to buy all our furniture from him. He has won us as clients for long term.

MD was great at showing me options for sofa and loveseat combos. He answered all my questions and was great at breaking down the numbers. I returned to show my husband the different options and MD remembered our options. We purchased a wonderful set and the entire sale went seamlessly.

Great Shopping Experience but...
Fred Hall was knowledgeable, patient and professional. He took his time and did not rush my wife and I. We enjoyed the shopping experience. 5 Stars would have been awarded except the love seat is not a true wall hugger as advertised and needs almost seven inches from the wall to fully extend. The delivery was not smooth either as there is a dent in my floor when the seat was flipped over in the room and one of the sections of the love seat was pushed out of the truck and landed on the pavement instead of the roller. Will review the loveseat separately on the website as well as the delivery through the delivery feedback.

Three of us walked into the Carle Place store and were greeted by Ariel Torres. I can't say enough about this man! He knew exactly what we were looking for and got us a great deal in financing. I will be shopping for furniture for myself soon and will be looking for Ariel to help me. He explained all options without pushing. It was a great experience!
