I had a great shopping experience, searching for my perfect bedroom suite. Scott was very helpful and was never pushy. I highly recommend this store and Scott as a salesman.

Found the couch I wanted. No pressure sales. Salesman checked in often but kept distance for private chats. Was accommodating. Now waiting for the delivery.

Ebu was very helpful and gave us time to look around without begin too pushy. My husband especially appreciated his style — perfect blend of attentiveness! Looking forward to moving back to our house and seeing the furniture in our home. Thank you!

What a wonderful moment in time!!!!! We were helped by Stephen who greeted us immediately......In less than 20 minutes we purchased a mattress , a cover for said mattress and 2 pillows.....
My husband and I were overwhelmed by the knowledge and kindness of Stephen!

From walking into the store to the delivery of my new furniture, everything was 5 star. Huge selection and our salesman Steve was great! Super happy with how everything turned out.

The three different salesmen we shopped with were pleasant. The showroom was brand new so it was clean and well stocked. The selection was a bit overwhelming but we were directed in the area of the style we preferred. We did experience a very minor issue with a price offered by one salesman that was authorized by another and almost denied by a manager on duty. It worked out though. My biggest complaint is being forced to accept the pillows that are shown with the sets. I needed ONE pillow switched and it was deemed impossible. I was told by one wandering salesman to just go buy all new pillow covers. That did not please me. When our budget was on the Value City Furniture level, that company made it happen. Their salespeople seemed to have more authority in perks and pricing. I didn't see this at R & F. I expected more from this higher end retailer. We do have more furniture to purchase and next time I plan to inquire more about what changes can be made if necessary at no extra expense (or unhelpful remarks) to me.

Tony Grottola was excellent to work with. My son and I were selecting furniture - he was patient, helpful and spent whatever time we needed to get everything right. He went above and beyond and it made our experience even better. We went to several furniture stores in the area, and came back to purchase all our furniture here because of the selection, quality, price and the service we received. We will be back to buy more furniture in a few month and will work with Tony again.

Huge store, with lots of options to peruse. Our associate, Ebu, was extremely helpful and friendly! We were very pleased with the quick delivery and quality of the sectional we ordered. Would definitely go back!

Having a Great salesman will always be a key to success! Way to go Steven Catts👍 We went there to purchase a certain furniture set and he was very nice, polite and gave us our time to look at others. We did in fact purchase a different set that was a sectional but again he knew we didn't want that. The good news is, it came also as a sofa and love seat. I could continue but dont want to take all day! Will definitely be buying from him again!!!! Great job

Salesman Curt was very knowledgeable. Showed me many options and was very patient with me.

Curt was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was not pushy or aggressive which I appreciated. Mattress will be delivered on Thursday and we are looking forward to sleeping on it.

Curt was very helpful and knowledgeable about inventory and delivery during our time at R&F. No pressure, only assistance. He answered all of our questions. We will be selecting more furniture in the near future and will definitely deal with Curt again.

Kevin was a very helpful salesperson

The salesperson was knowledgeable but juggling between customers which resulted in our being in the store longer than necessary. It caused us to feel unimportant.

Monique was amazing to work with. She was super helpful when making my final couch selection. I will definitely work with her in the future!
