My first visit today was delightful. I'm recovering from hip replacement surgery from 2 months ago & am now walking slowly with a cane. The dining room chairs I wanted to purchase were at the back of the store. Eubulus Basnet brought me a wheelchair and saved me the steps back & forth. The sale was quick and Eubu made sure I was fully satisfied.

I was greeted by Tony upon walking in the store. He held the door open, that I appreciated very much as my legs were giving me a lot of trouble. Tony was very kind and patient with me, and Lily was a terrific manager. Both were wonderful about my purchases.
Also a shout out to the back of the house. I took part of my purchase with me and they were kind enough to break it down and shrink wrap it. Wonderful job getting it loaded, they were very careful. No problems getting mining set home and put back together.
Enjoyed our 1st dinner tonight on my new set.
I'm still jumping up and down inside 😄

Furniture was delivered on March 23. The center portion of the love seat would not stay fully upright. And there's a year in the leather on the back. On March 24 the love seat stopped working. April 24, the repairman finally came to figure out why it wasn't working. It was the electrical box but he didn't have the right part. He left one that works but is not specific for our furniture. He told us the furniture would be replaced because of the tear and that someone would call us. We still haven't heard from anyone.

While this transaction was positive and dealing with customer service, It is the final dealing with this company about a repair on my Love seat. I first mas my request for service back in January. We were promised warrantee service and they never delivered. I was told a "problem existed between the manufacture and the warrantee service company. Each trying to make it the others problem. We the customer, paid for it for over 4 months! Unacceptable.
