Nice store, friendly sales associate
Kevin S., your associate, was polite, personable, and most importantly, not pushy. He didn't hover, and left us alone to look, and would periodically check in with us. If he didn't know an answer to our question he didn't try and make one up. He was on honest about that and would go get us an answer.

I went to R&F looking for a very specific item that I was unable to find in stock elsewhere. Unfortunately, R&F didn’t have it in-stock either. The sales associate, Kevin, was very accommodating and offered me another product as a temporary solution to use while waiting for the item I needed to be shipped. He even gave me a discount for purchasing a floor model!
