Pick up availability doesn't mean what you think it means
I think the dressers I ordered online will be great. I received an email confirmation with a "pick up availability" date. I arrived at the show room on the "pick up availability" date. I was greeted promptly at the door and shown to customer service desk. The associate at the desk informed me that the furniture was not at the showroom and would not be ready for pick up until Tuesday. Poor communication from the website. We drove forty minutes to the store only to be told we would have to make another trip. Disappointing.

I ordered a recliner via their website…
I ordered a recliner via their website and paid for it with Paypal. Received and order confirmation from Raymour & Flanigan and it has no order number or any info. It says order is processing. Now it is the day I am supposed to pick up what I ordered and there is no info on their website and I have not gotten any updates on the status of my order. I am going to have to call the store and start tracking down my order.
