Truthfully we visited a store to look at the furniture in person and sit on multiple different couches/sectionals before we ordered online. Our closest store is one hour away, so after we came home, took some measurements, did the virtual placement of furniture, we then placed our order. The online ordering was very easy and I’m very excited to say it’s supposed to be delivered this week already.

Semir has been the best furniture sales person I have ever worked with! He is patient and kind and helps you find exactly what you are looking for, even with my 3 kiddos along with me :) Everything has been smooth, from picking everything out, to the sale, and the delivery! Excellent Customer Service!
Semir greeted us shortly after we walked in to the store and we told him we were looking for a Purple mattress. He spent about 45 minutes with us as we asked Q's and checked out various brands. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We ended up spending $5000 on a new mattress, cover, and adjustable base and felt completely good about the purchase. He is a asset to your sales team!

The experience has been a nightmare
We ordered our sectional sofa in September 2023. It was a custom order which they said would take up to 15 weeks. In late December 2023/eatly 2024 It arrived only to find out that it was ordered incorrectly, and one of the pieces was not what was ordered. R&F did allow us to keep the incorrect piece so that we could use it because we sold our other sofa. They ordered a replacement piece which took another 12 weeks to arrive. Due to some logistics, it stayed in their warehouse a little longer than anticipated. When we are finally able to take possession, we called to schedule delivery and were told that the replacement piece was damaged in their warehouse and ANOTHER replacement has been ordered. I have asked for a price concession two times due to the significant inconvenience and frustration but have to be offered one. It is now end of April 2024 and I am waiting for the order a THIRD time.
Our sales rep was kind and responsive, but the rest of the process an absolute nightmare. I chose Raymour and Flanigan due to cost, but I will never buy there again and will make sure that none of my friends do either.
