Uriah was fantastic! He was professional, friendly, helpful and had a non-pressure disposition.
The salesman, Uriah was professional, friendly and helpful. He really explained the differences between different beds and I didn't feel pressured by him to buy any specific brand.

Bad Experience
First I don't like to be "greeted" by a sales person. I knew where I was going! Feel pressured not welcome. We had several sales persons and when we made a decision one said he needed to go for a bit it was "busy because of a holiday." We were ready to leave and go to a store where we could feel valued. I did a lot of research into the mattress and really didn't want to go to another store but would have if he didn't come back. A mattress is a mattress and all I needed was to lay on it to be sure!!! Felt like the salespersons' income was based on sales not service.
