Helen was very nice and helpful! She was patient and knowledgeable. The store provided a mattress protector so that I can try the mattresses safely. I have purchased a bed set for my son's room from this company 5 years ago and it's still in great condition!

Some stores do well done job Some don't. Like route 10 one, not well. Does all l can say.

There was an issue with me trying to order the loveseat and recliner. I tried to apply for financing filled out information but was declined. I have a Raymour & Flanagan card but I couldn’t find it at the time, I couldn’t find the previous records of purchases that I made a few years ago. So I purchased the recliner it’s very beautiful I love it delivery was excellent!

We arrived at the Raymour and Flanigan with an idea as to what we wanted, it was the expert help of Na’im that brought everything together for us. Cannot wait to see the new furniture in our new home.

My experience at Raymour was exceptional. I placed a large order for my new vacation home, and Matt Cohen was my salesman. He was exceptionally patient with me, especially all the changes I made. I would buy from Raymour again, and would recommend Matt wholeheartedly.

Great quality along with great service.

I booked all the furniture for my new house with Raymour but the delivery dates are constantly changing. This is not as per the original commitment. I expect my furniture to be delivered sooner or a price adjustment to be done. Else I may be forced to cancel the order. I cannot wait endlessly to furnish my new home just because of delays at Raymour end. BTW some of the other furniture that I bought from other stores is already delivered within a week.
