Our sales associate was very easy to work with Mr. Legrette took his time and showed us many options without pressuring us. We were able to review options and make a purchase without being pressured or pushed into anything.
We would absolutely work with him again and recommend this store to friends.

My husband and I thought Josh was very nice to work with. We were doing a reselect for a mattress and he was very helpful showing our options that he new would be in our price range. We have bought a number of things from there and would go back.

I was very impressed with Store Manager, Jaclynn Peets. She listened to my concerns and was very empathetic to my situation. She went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. She is definitely a positive asset to the store and I appreciate all that she did for me.

We loved working with Mohammed Hassan, he is very low key & pushy like alot if sales people. If he wasn't quite sure if something, he'd go ask. Also we love how your store is laid out & there is so much inventory. Last but not least, love that "not everything is order only"

Very nice showroom with many mattress to choose from in our price range. Carla was very nice and really helped my daughter with picking out a new mattress. She made the process very quick, easy and less stressful.

The saleswoman, Marie, was extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy.
Also, being able to try out the firmness of the vaious mattresses was very helpful in deciding which matress to buy.

My salesperson, Eric Legrett, made my shopping experience very pleasant. He was helpful in that he listening to what was important to me in a sofa and made recommendations. He was very polite and friendly.

I am giving Hannah Hubbard 5 stars! She is exactly what everyone should be like as a salesperson! Not pushy, let us shop, checked if we needed help, but didn’t bug us. So we liked our time shopping for the first time in the store in years! Keep her promote her give her a bonus!

I went in not planning to buy a new bed just look. The sales person was extremely helpful and didn’t try to steer me to a more expensive mattress which impressed me. I knew my budget and was very impressed that she helped me find a mattress and headboard in my budget.

we’re both excellent assistance.

First i placed the order online. I selected the store closest to me. I arrived at the store on the pickup date and was told they do not do instore pickup. I was then told to drive 2 towns over to pick up my furniture. Upon arriving I was given a box and told I was to assemble it myself. I was beyond disappointed in how this was handled. At the very least someone should have called me and explained the pickup situation upon me placing the order. Glad I also need a couch so I can take my buisness elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful, but I went to the Victor store to pick up two nightstands that I had ordered on line the day before. The instructions on line were to pick them up at the Victor store. When I got to the store I was informed that pick ups were only possible in Canandaigua and Henrietta. So I didn't get the nightstands and wasted nearly an hour of my time.
