Sales rep and others were all very pleasant and friendly (everyone smiled).

Additionally, item I was looking for had been discontinued. Instead of trying to sell me something else sale rep located my item at another warehouse. I was very pleased and appreciative she took the initiative to do this. Her actions were true customer service, something you rarely experience today.

As a new salesperson, Justin was very helpful and personable. I look forward to working with him to finish my purchase!

I am having surgery and I was able to do this all by phone making it so easy for me. James Slocum took care of everything. He was efficient, professional, kind and effective!!!

Hannah, our sales agent, was knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure to work with her in deciding which mattress would be the most comfortable and affordable for us.

I ordered a brand new end table and received an open box item because they screwed up my order and never sent the new one. They offered to reorder a new one which was highly inconvenient because I ordered it in advance and drove 80 miles to pick it up to bring to my son's house.
I had no choice but to accept the open box item which is not in perfect condition with no option for reimbursement or any kind of compensation.
This doesn't even include how terrible the email communication was about my order. One example is I had no idea where to even pick it up.
Let me know add that I could not even find the location below to select what location I'm talking about. The location was not Eastview Mall it was a location on Brighton and Henrietta in Rochester it was a place to only pick up orders.

I had the same sales agent, Christine Ross as I had 2 months ago. She is personable, reasonable and truly helpful.

Jenn gave me her full attention and took her time going through multiple options. When we came back to choose between two sofas, she didn't rush us. She made the transaction super simple, and we are excited to take delivery.

James Slocum was my salesman. He was professional, not pushy, (which is very important to me) but VERY helpful. He showed me many different styles in tables that I was looking for. I purchased two love seats, a chair to match and two lamps. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. My kind of shopping! I would recommend James to anyone that is looking for the perfect salesman. Your store is absolutely beautiful!

Store manager was very kind and understanding. He answered all my questions (many). I tried several mattresses and kept going back, trying again and asking more questions. He was very patient and kind.

Hubert was awesome. HE will be my go to person when we look for new furniture. There was a problem on the finance end (not with the store with comenity) that they could not process on their end. I had to return a couple of times. Eric Legrett and Hubert O'Mally could not have been nicer and more professional.

I had a fantastic experience working with James throughout my furniture shopping experience. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made a stressful process feel easy. Even when unexpected issues came up, he managed them quickly and with genuine care. They have a wonderful selection of good, quality furniture at reasonable prices to choose from. Our salesperson, Shah, guided us as we selected furniture for our new home. He was extremely helpful with our choices, and showed us how to put a room together with accessories. He was knowledgeable about inventory and not pushy. He showed us what we asked to see and did not push us out of our comfort level. I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan for all your furniture needs.
