We had picked out furniture and were close to a purchase. When asked about delivery they explained it is based on a percentage of the total sale. So, the more you buy, the more expensive the delivery? If you think about that a $1500 couch costs more to deliver than a $100 couch. Makes no sense! I am penalized for spending more instead of being rewarded. We left and found furniture elsewhere.

Our sales person, James was very helpful and knowledgeable. He pointed us in the right direction and then gave us time to browse without hovering over us. He made himself readily available by text and answered questions we forgot to ask in the showroom. He made the selection and buying process comfortable.

Greeted at the door, asked what I was interested in and listened to what I had to say. No high powered sales pitch. Showed me only what I was interested in. Nice selection, except for variety of fabrics in the styles I was interested in. Good experience, would shop here again.

Our sales guy was great. Showed us what we asked about. Stood there while we decided and had a good sense of when to chime in and when not to. We were thinking of a delivery date way out in the future and he had some solutions for that as well.

My sales person, Donald Barrette, was very thorough and professional and took the time to help me pick out the dining set that fit my requirements.

The salesman was professional,extremely helpful, excellent demeanor and took time to show me different pieces and gave me info on the piece I chose.

Store was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Spent enough time with me so I could make a good decision. No pressure.

Our sales person at the Victor store, Marie Privetera -Parsens was great! I normally dread furniture shopping as the salespeople are so aggressive and pushy. Marie was not that way at all - she gave us the information we requested but did not hover or pressure.
