Always a great value, attentive staff, and quick delivery.

Excellent service

I had an issue with a recent order I placed at the Egg Harbor Township Raymour & Flanigan. If not for Ira the store manager this would be a negative star review. Ira was extremely professional. He listened to my issue and addressed my concerns with care. Ira was able to rectify the situation all while providing the most professional customer service. I will say if not for Ira, I probably would have canceled my order and not shopped at Raymour & Flanigan ever again. Thank you Ira for taking the time to assist me with my issue and for being a true professional.

Unfortunately, two of our bed sets arrived missing instructions. One of them has damage to the headboard and is missing the hardware. We are now on week 2 of still waiting for the hardware to be delivered to us. In the meantime, you have been to my house to replace a brand new couch that arrived with a hole in it. The delivery men didn’t have the hardware we were waiting on and also said the account had no notes about it. The only reason we placed another order with you was because we wanted our pieces to match. We WILL NOT be ordering again.

Efficient delivery and set-up. Nice furniture for the price. Friendly delivery crew. But the hardware for the mirror wasn't packed, so they will have to return to set up mirror.

Iris was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. She knew the product we were interested in and brought us directly to it. She didn't try to pressure us or oversell us to other items - she gave us "space" to talk it over after we saw the piece. This "non-pressure" allowed us time to consider a purchase - which we did the following day! Now, we are just waiting for the product to be delivered!

Store management and timely delivery of beds was a great experience. Future purchases will be made here.

My salesperson Martin was patient, confident and all around nice guy. I don't do impulse shopping and I like to see all of my options and he knew exactly what I wanted and explained everything in detail.

No hassle- salesman Rich greeted us at the door- asked if we needed help- we said we needed to look around first- he kept us in view and when we had a question called him over and he had a good answer and a fair price.

The sales representative reached out to us regarding the upcoming sale…would of never have bought furniture at this time but letting us know there was a sale, we decided to stop by.

Our saleswoman was Liz. She was so friendly and helpful without being overbearing. She gave us space to browse the store but answered questions when we had them. She had the perfect sales approach and we ended up buying something we love. Thank you Liz!

I was very impressed with the size of the store and the large selection. Liz, our salesperson, was pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave us the opportunity to browse on our own but was very attentive when answering our questions. When she had a feel for what we liked, she was quick to point out other pieces to us. I can't wait to get my new sofa and recliners. They are in stock!

Very poor service, got ripped off by paying cash for the delivery and then the guy they recommended took off and didn't bring the furniture in. Had to ask three times in a 2-wek period for a receipt. Had great experience with the company in Berlin in the past, but would not recommend or ever use this Egg Harbor store again.

Lisa was very helpful & helped us make some great choices😁
