Delivery was a nightmare

Delivery was a nightmare! The two men who did the delivery were excellent; a real delight! But, I was ignored by the dispatch. I was given a 8 - 10:45am delivery time. I called the salesperson and the store to say that my building does not accept delivery until 9am. I was told multiple times this would not be a problem. On delivery day, I received a text message that delivery would be 8:30am. The delivery men did adjust to my buildings policy, but this should not have happened.
In terms of the salesman, he did not respect my budget. He kept showing me items well above what I wanted to spend.
Also, the price on the initial chaise I tried was significantly higher than the price cited online (bait-and-switch?)

Worst Customer Service Ever …

Leo Riad which the receptionist Paula made it seem that he was the manager at this store. This team provides the worst customer service ever. Be careful if you pay for anything cash cause they will not want to deal with you if anything goes wrong, much less provide a refund/cancelation.

Exceptional Customer Care

I'd like to share my experience with an exceptional salesperson. Imrat (Shumi) Ahmed, who works at the Queens Blvd (Elmhurst, NY) showroom and was formally at the Long Island City, NY store. You see, finding great service is such a bonus and spending money on furniture, especially large items you hope will last a while can be a difficult decision. I'll tell you, I visited the sofa I currently have in the Raymour and Flanigan showroom so many times you'd think I belonged there!! I'm writing this review to explain the wonderful experience I had with Shumi. First of all, Shumi is friendly and personable. As I sat on the beautiful sofa contemplating if I should make the large purchase, she was there to help me with my decision. She took the time to get to know me and was available to answer my questions. She knew useful information that helped me make a confident decision. I felt great about my choice and still do!! Home furnishing is an important choice and making a decision on quality and style is extremely important. I value the experience I had at Raymour and Flanigan and the consultation I received was phenomenal! I've run into Shumi a few times on the street in Queens and each time we have such nice conversation! She remembers me each time and I feel like I gained a friend! So if you want to make a purchase and you have questions I hope you find someone as friendly as I have. If you'd like some guidance then visit the Queens Blvd/Elmhurst showroom and ask for Imrat (or Shumi as she's known by her friends) and I believe you will have the exceptional experience I had!!

Horrible horrible service at queens…

Horrible horrible service at queens location. Bought a bed frame and turned out to be its a wrong size, called them 5 times to ask for exchange, the sales person linda kept on saying she will call me back in 5 min but never do, the manager Kelvin even worse,i asked to spoke to him and he said nothing to discuss with me. How rude, never experienced a manager unwilling to talk to customer since im a manager myself. In the end he also said will call me back but never do! Horrible company! Big company like this should’ve think about customer satisfaction! I ordered almost 10k furniture from bob discount and service was super great!
