Great Selection
We decided to browse for a LR end table and the selection R&F had was excellent, every style and shape imaginable. The salesperson, Chip, was not overbearing and left us alone until we needed his help. We found our table, took it home, and my husband is over the moon about it. This store never disappoints!

My journey to furnish my bedroom years…
My journey to furnish my bedroom years ago took me to Raymour & Flannigan in the Bronx area where I met one of your Sales Rep. Very detailed and warm he took me through the Catalogue to find exactly what suits my needs and advised me of the product I was buying, he is no other than Clinton Malcolm so to furnish my next bedroom and living room this year, again I spoke to Mr. Malcolm who again ensure that I was satisfied with the product I was buying. He also got me to buy accent pieces as they complemented what i was buying. I would recommend Raymor & Flannigan/Mr. Malcolm to anyone who knows or not know what they want to buy as he is a Great Sales Rep. Thank you

Alley Serna was excellent sales person
Alley Serna was excellent sales person. She showed us all our options. And was helpful. And took the time to spend quality time with us. Very patient and hardworking. And did her best to show us what we were looking for and the pricing.
We are very happy with our choice of loveseat that has a console and reclines and also a chair that reclines. The price was right and we received the friends and family discount. All our furniture is from Raymore and Flanagan. Always happy with our purchases.

Helpful Salesperson
The salesperson, Maria was extremely helpful. I had questions about mattresses and box springs and what products she would recommend. I kept her on the phone for a while and she was very patient, and kind.

Professional and Courteous
The experience was very helpful especially in understanding the differences in mattresses and a platform bed. The staff, especially Mr.Bright, was very courteous in walking us through the process. This is my second time purchasing from the Elmhurst location.
