Great Team at the Outlet!
Worked with the management team, specifically Melissa for a reselect purchase and she helped my wife and I through the process of picking another sofa. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us, assisting us make the final decision.

Dishonest and Poor Service
We ordered 2 tables online and it stated both were in stock and ready to ship immediately. We were told we could pick them up from the local store in about a week. We went to the store to pick them up and were told only one table had arrived on the truck. They said the second table would arrive in 3-7 days (next 2 truck deliveries) and we could take the 1st table with us now, which we didn. We waited 7 days and called to confirm we could pick up the second table. That is when they said the second table was backordered and would not arrive for approx 3 months!!! So we stated we wanted to return the 1st table since it was a matching set and one table did us no good. We were told no returns were permitted. They offered to "let us return it" for a 15% restocking fee as a "courtesy". Now we are stuck with one table, can't go shop somewhere else for 2 matching tables because we would be out the money we already paid. And there is no guarantee our second table will ever arrive. I'm afraid they may just discontinue it before it ever ships. How do you take our money for matching set tables and say they are both "ready to ship" then only ship one, let us take it so we can't return it, then say the second one is not coming.

Great experience with Raymour & Flanigan's stores!
I have made visits to multiple showrooms. Ralph made the experience easy and the process pressure free. I was filling a house with outlet and regular furniture and used multiple sales people from different stores. They all were great.

AC a genuine helpful wizard.
AC went out of his way to catch and correct an error I had made ordering. He directed me on how to complete the order correctly on line. His patience, knowledge and assistance was remarkable.

No pressure and great deal. Sometimes when you go to a store there is the fear of that pressure being put on you to buy. I left feeling comfortable and didn't but that day. Because of the feeling of ease I went back the next day and purchased.
