Great experience

Easy to order and delivery was scheduled quickly.

The store was well lit, clean and organized. There were a lot of options to choose from. Badar was wonderful to work with! He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful.

The salesman was very personable and extremely helpful, even directing us to another of your locations where we could see and sit in the chair we were interested in. And we bought it from that location of course giving credit to the referrer!

Michael Grossman in the Fairfield NJ location was so helpful! On 3 other occasions I browsed the store looking for the perfect sofa in the color I wanted. Each time I was told there was only 1 that came in the color I was looking for. I almost purchased from wayfair or macys. But Michael informed me that many came in the color if I could wait a few weeks. Yes I could! So excited to get the new couch. Thanks to Michael, I got exactly what I wanted.

Our floor person Shams Uddin, was a top shelf individual who guided us through the whole process. He was highly knowledgeable, not pushy, loved his consultive sales style. He was above all honest and trustworthy. Looking forward to future purchases besides the one we made this weekend. I feel comfortable with referring family and friends to him as well.

our salesperson, Shams Uddin listened to what we were looking for and worked with us until we found it. He gave us space to explore on our own with absolutely no hard pressure. Understood our budget and gave us a great deal. Completely satisfied with our beautiful new couch and chair.

Working with the sales person was fine -- she was helpful and patient. But I don't know when my order will arrive and although she said she would look into expediting it I never heard back from her.

(BTW, I don't know why I have to choose a location to review since this sale was online. But I did stop in to the Fairfield outlet and Jamis was extremely helpful.)
