Raymour & Flanigan - Fairfield Reviews 

We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Fairfield. Michael Grossman greeted us at the door and was very helpful from the start. We shared what type of couch we were looking for and he showed us all the best options and prices and within 30 minutes, we found exactly what we were looking for! There were a great variety of sofas at excellent prices and there is a good financing plan if needed as well. Our new sectional, ottoman and picture will be delivered next Sunday!

Excellent experience, Bill Bips was knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. A great overall experience!

Jamis helped us with our very complicated purchase and was amazing! very patient and knowledgeable, and was very kind! highly recommend!

The person I dealt with was very nice. We were told the couch set we wanted was out of stock due to come back in October. He found us the set and set up delivery for next week! He made sure he knew exactly what we wanted and since everything was done over the phone he made sure to send pictures to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

I was greeted professionally and shown to area that I was interested in. The sales rep stayed close, but never hovered, ready to explain and answer questions. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The selection was extensive and I was able to compare everything available.

Found what I wanted, placed my online order and their customer service people were knowledgeable, friendly and answered my questions promptly and professionally.

Bill was very helpful and the manager matched a price I got. Altogether very good shopping experience. Thank you!

Had been wanting a split queen adjustable base and mattress, however everywhere I checked online and in stores, I was only seeing split starts with King. My wife was wondering around the store and came across the split queen which I was very excited about

This set is Raymour and Flanigan’s product line and a very wise decision, I am pretty sure there are a lot of other customers needing this option as well
