Excellent Salesman!
Our salesman Nedal was very professional, helpful and courteous. He was knowledgeable and very willing to please. He was available throughout the process, in person and via email. The platinum protection plan is a scam
The platinum protection plan is a scam. No answer on email and right to a machine that no one calls you back from if you make through the 30 prompts. Do not buy. Furniture is garbage and falling apart.

Delivery was a horrible experience ! Missing chairs and the dining table that was on display was not what we received , dining chair came with stains on it and furniture legs were not put on correctly. I would say this was not a great experience

Mark Gordon is very knowledgeable
Mark Gordon was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the furniture we looked at . He was not pushy to get a sale ,which made us comfortable working with him. He also answered all our questions even though we probably were redundant in our questions.

Terrible service and didn’t really check…
I bought a couch for 3,000 dollars and cushions already crush in to wood and you can hear wood crack in a couple of cushions. When delivered they did not connect the pieces as sectional. Called to complain about cushions sinking in and wood cracking they sent a person out and he took picture of couch and put hand on one cushion. So they said too bad can’t do anything. What kind of service is that. We bought furniture totaling 10,000 dollars for different rooms and this is service you get. They also had to come out to fix bedroom drawers as one didn’t open , one was crooked, and one stuck . They did fix that. Horrible service for couch.
