Pamela was wonderful to work with! She was able to show us options that worked within our list of wants and needs and she made the whole experience great.

We were warmly greeted by a sales representative as we entered the store. She asked what we were looking for and quickly guided us to the appropriate section of the showroom. She was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable and made the whole purchasing process very easy.

Very professional, nice personality, very considerate

Furniture not delivered as promised. Called 5 times to have loveseat replaced due to pull in front. Was promised new one would come with sofa . Sofa delivered yesterday with no new love seat. I am totally disappointed in Raymour and Flanagan and will start shopping elsewhere!

Had a wonderful salesman named nick and also Mike who between both of them guided us to purchase and “Zane” loveseat. Waiting for the delivery. Everything went smoothly and the quality seems really good. Got the extra warranty also. The store my wife and I used is the largest one they have so selection was great. 865 e gate road in garden city. This store in particular is very good. There’s others but this one is probably the location you want to go to Look for nick or Mike

My experience at the Garden city Raymour & Flanigan was exceptional, thanks to Pamela Walker. She warmly welcomed me, gave me a thorough tour of the showroom while helping me find the perfect bedroom set. Her knowledge was impressive. Most importantly, she listened to what I was looking for and never pressured me to buy.

I don’t live nearby. I happened to stop in after attending a training class in the area but her service stood out. I visited other stores, yet none matched her professionalism, so I returned specifically to work with her. That say everything about the kind of service she provides. She truly earned a five-star rating.

I absolutely love the choices I made. My Florence bedroom set is beautiful, and my Beautyrest bed is one of the best purchases I’ve made. The bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get up in the mornings.

The only reason I’m not giving my overall experience a perfect rating is because of the delivery. The delivery team was prompt and efficient with bringing in and assembling the furniture but a language barrier limited my questions, which was a little frustrating. That was the only reason I couldn’t give the overall experience a perfect score. While that was disappointing, it didn't diminish the excellent showroom experience.

Had a great shopping experience at R&F! Our sales rep, Shakeela Said, was knowledgeable and patient. She was there to answers all our questions and in the shadows when we were browsing n contemplating how the furniture would look in our home. They have great sales going on for July 4th so that was a bonus. But overall the staff n atmosphere there was awesome! Can’t wait to get our new living room!

The sales rep. Jason Mantia made the experience great! He was knowledgeable, patient, he did not come off as trying to push a sale, he listened to what I wanted and helped me to make my very satisfied decision.

Great customer service

Spent a lot of money at Ray Moore Flanaganprobably like $10,000. I have a brand new light colored carpet in the bedroom two times delivery people refused to take shoes off. One day was even raining bad practices by Ray Moore Flanagan not letting their drivers either take the shoes off or put booties on which I provide.

Felt very welcome at Raymour & Flanigan the minute we walked in. Looking for a mattress, we were shown everything available, all features, pros and cons to our needs. Time allotted was plenty and any and all questions were answered. Fatima Dhirani was wonderful assisting us and went out of her way to assist us making a decision of the purchase of our new mattress.

Easy to order

Shopping for furniture, especially a sofa, is difficult as it encompasses so many variables. I loved things that I knew wouldn’t work for my room. I met salesperson Linda at the garden city location who was so helpful with information but not at all pushy. I found my sectional, one I hadn’t expected and left being really happy with my purchase. Thank you to both store and Linda.

Stephan was great, very helpful and helped us get a sleeper sofa that we really wanted.
