Had a great shopping experience at R&F! Our sales rep, Shakeela Said, was knowledgeable and patient. She was there to answers all our questions and in the shadows when we were browsing n contemplating how the furniture would look in our home. They have great sales going on for July 4th so that was a bonus. But overall the staff n atmosphere there was awesome! Can’t wait to get our new living room!

The sales rep. Jason Mantia made the experience great! He was knowledgeable, patient, he did not come off as trying to push a sale, he listened to what I wanted and helped me to make my very satisfied decision.

The delivery men were very experienced and very helpful. We are very pleased with everything.

Saleswomen really went out of her way to show and explain sofas.and payment plan options. and gave us name of man who could remove old sofa. was polite and friendly Pamela Walker was her name.

Great customer service

Spent a lot of money at Ray Moore Flanaganprobably like $10,000. I have a brand new light colored carpet in the bedroom two times delivery people refused to take shoes off. One day was even raining bad practices by Ray Moore Flanagan not letting their drivers either take the shoes off or put booties on which I provide.

Felt very welcome at Raymour & Flanigan the minute we walked in. Looking for a mattress, we were shown everything available, all features, pros and cons to our needs. Time allotted was plenty and any and all questions were answered. Fatima Dhirani was wonderful assisting us and went out of her way to assist us making a decision of the purchase of our new mattress.

Easy to order

Shopping for furniture, especially a sofa, is difficult as it encompasses so many variables. I loved things that I knew wouldn’t work for my room. I met salesperson Linda at the garden city location who was so helpful with information but not at all pushy. I found my sectional, one I hadn’t expected and left being really happy with my purchase. Thank you to both store and Linda.

Stephan was great, very helpful and helped us get a sleeper sofa that we really wanted.

Your representative, Linda, was excellent. Not pushy, showed me exactly what I described to her as my reason for visiting your location, and boom, sold.
She also, showed me comparisons of what I was looking for which solidified my choice.

Fatima the salesperson in Garden City is very professional

Sales team and team who loaded into car were all very professional.

The selection of counter height dining furniture was vast. The assistant we received from Pamela helped me to narrow down my decision on what to purchase.

Extremely helpful service representative who guided us directly to the lounge/recliners we came to see.

Sales person told us that set we are buying is made and designed in Italy. Turns out that its made in China and designed in California by Michael Amini (I guess designers' last name confused sale person). So we paid around 10K for chinese made furniture. Sales people should be trained to tell truth.

I had good service all the time but three weeks ago I went back and got some more furniture and I was fortunate enough to receive excellent service from fate Whyckoff she’s truly understanding knowledgeable very cordial very friendly and incredibly helpful.
