TERRIBLE SERVICE
It took over a month to place my order. I had a hard time getting anyone to return my call so I could finalize my order. One item was voided and it took weeks for anyone to figure out why and then rectify the issue. Then I received a text with a delivery date for another item so I took off from work. The item was never delivered so when I called the showroom to inquire as to why, I was told it was cancelled the day prior due to damage, yet no one called me to let me know, so I wasted a day off from work for no reason. Now it’s taking me over a week to try to get someone to reschedule delivery for me. The service and communication is awful and I will NEVER use this company again.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I purchased a table set and a couch set. The couch set was delivered a couple of hours ago. While in the store I was unsure of the exact seating pieces I needed. The sales associate informed me- I could return extra seating pieces if needed. He also stated I could not give the pieces to the delivery men for refund/exchange- I would have to contact the store directly. Before signing for the furniture I informed the delivery men there was an extra seat I didn’t need and they informed me I had 3 days to return. I called the store a few hours after delivery and the customer service rep ANNIE rudely said to me “ u already signed for it no returns/exchanges” . She then transferred me to the show room manager LES FALCHOOK who stated in a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDESCENDING TONE THAT I COULD NOT “return or exchange anything once it’s delivered because it is considered used furniture “. She did nothing to offer a solution nor to make me feel like a valued customer . She attempted to rush me off the phone saying she would call me back tomorrow without offering a solution or time frame for the expected phone call. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. I am awaiting a call back to rectify the issue caused by raymour & flanigan staff! I was told by LES FALCHOOK I should receive a callback by 1pm eastern time tomorrow. If this situation is not properly resolved I will be going on ALL MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO WARN PEOPLE OF RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN DISINGENUOUS PRACTICES!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had to come to fix the out door firepit and we weren’t home. JASON told us we had 9 minutes to get home or they were leaving. WOW. I spoke to the supervisor Claire who had nothing to say about the rudeness of JASON but I’ll see what happened.

We had the pleasure of working with Sharon.
Because Sharon knows the store so well it saved us time and she was able to show us furniture in the styles we were looking for. Sharon is kind and helpful easy to work with .
