I was told my order would be ready for…
I was told my order would be ready for pickup on Friday then I got to the pickup location Friday at noon and was told it was not there yet. The people at the store said unfortunately when you order online they don't tell you that it won't be ready until Friday afternoon. Maybe that should be specified when you order online so I don't have to waste my time.

I just want to thank the manager Anthony Alvarez in garden city location for his kindness thoughtfulness and consideration towards my situation. I purchased a rocking chair for my newborn that gave me a issue and Anthony was willing to help me with another rocking chair and making it a very simple process for me to trade and have it delivered in three days. Anthony was very professional and very understanding, he didn’t ask questions but gave me answers to all mine.He even gave me information on which chair would be more beneficial for my newborn.
