Your consultant, Shaunah Pilling, was so friendly. She was helpful without "hovering," and her knowledge of the products you carry was vast. I had all intentions of just looking for furniture for my new apartment (am on a waiting list,) and I walked out with nearly all the furniture I need!!

Employees met us shortly after going into the store . Asked what we were looking for . Did it a very professional and not pushy way.

The sales Lady Michelle was amazing. She didn’t follow us around or hound us. She let us just take our time and look around. When it came time to make our decision she was very friendly. She didn’t act as if she had better things to do.

Purchased new mattress delivery drivers were in a hurry , i never signed for my delivery they took a picture of mattress wrapped in plastic and left. When we took mattress out of plastic it had to distinct indentations and is defective as they are permanent. Called Raymour&flanigan about the return process and issue they stated they have a zero return policy and will not be replacing and have to go through a formal claim with mattress manufacturer. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing. We purchased this firm mattress for our disabled son with cerebral palsy and its a huge let down to be treated this way a a new customer . I can tell you i will never purchase a item from this company again . Buyers beware of their return policy and when you call claims they give you the run around.

Belinda Fetty was very knowledgable on the topic of Beds and provide very useful information. She spent a considerable amount of time with us and patiently answered all of our questions.
The presentation of bedding is very good, as well as the large selection.

Staff was available and helpful without being pushy or impatient.

Bought an adjustable bed. I had called Michelle a couple days before we came in and gave her all the info I needed, which she had on hand when we came in. She took her time with us and We never felt rushed. This is our first adjustable bed. Michelle did a great job explaining them to us.
