We were accused of making the un slightly marks on our table. Understanding they would exchange it, but charge us a red delivery fee which we did not feel as fair. It was not our fault for the way the top of the table looks. Sales rep at Store was very rude.

Great customer service
We received a sofa and noticed a blemish in the fabric after delivery. The sales team was quick to respond and replace the piece that was imperfect. I was pleased with the speed and resolution.
