Jason was great! No pressure and just walked us through the process of selecting a bedroom set for our daughter.

Tahj was great. He let us look, and was ready as soon as we were. He explained everything we needed to know and was generally just a real nice guy.
We got what we came for and are excited for the delivery.

Our salesman, Kevin Woode, was great! He was professional, pleasant and not pushy (which was a huge plus for us), we knew what we were going to buy, it was just a matter of finding it in the store.... Kevin was quick to show us , took all the information what we needed/wanted, answered my questions and made the purchase smooth and quick .
This was our second purchase from Raymour & Flanigan within the year and we couldn't be happier.

We were able to customize the perfect fit with the knowledge and patience of Patricia, who helped us choose the exact pieces to fit the dimensions of our space. Well, it was all about my sales person, Katherine McKnight. She greeted me and when I told her I’d just like to look on my own, she wasn’t intrusive. She made some great suggestions about alternate fabrics and allowed me to take samples home to try out in my own setting. She made making my purchasing decision so simple.

The salesman Tadj was very helpful finding a love seat. I wasn't sure if I wanted a recliner or love seat. He showed me a lot of pieces in the store and explained their features. He also made it easy to place the order when I called back

Lisa Goodman was very knowledgeable and knew what we were looking to purchase. She was extremely patient with us, and very understanding with our concerns. We will definitly be using her again with the rest of the home furnishings in the future.

We had a terrific experience purchasing the Marisa living room set with Amnah C. She wasn't pushy and didn't follow us around. We sought her out when we had some questions and she had all of the answers. Super friendly and easy going. She knew everything about the material, the comfort, the protection plan and even measured the pillows for us when we said we would probably buy new covers. She assisted through the purchase which was super easy and seamless with the finance staff. Highly recommend Amnah!

Update - two weeks after the purchase I remembered that Amnah said to watch the price of the living room set because if the price drops we would get the difference. Yes, it dropped $700 and with a simple call I got the refund! Amazing.

Pick up day arrived. No confirmation it was ready. Called numerous times throughout the day to get the status and no one answered. Very inconsiderate, considering I do not live nearby.

My wife and I stopped in at the Manchester store to see if the runner was at the store and to see if we could order it if it wasn’t. The salesman greeted us right away. We asked him about the Mercia 16ft runner and he stated that we had to purchase it online. He never offered to assist us purchasing it at the store. So we just left.
