Amnah was very professional and very knowledgeable. Applying for financing was streamless and scheduling delivery was very easy.

I would have given a 5 star review but the salesperson who waited on me had an appointment with someone else and she spent more time with them than she did with me. There were other sales people available as they were just twiddling around. I found what I liked and even once I said I would purchase it she went back to her other customer to let them know she made another sale and needed to finalize it. She didn’t make the sale. I did it myself and she did nothing.

Efficient! I had found three items on line that I wanted to compare in person. All three were at the store, and the salesperson identified them easily for me. I was able to find the salesperson quickly when I had finished, and she confirmed I could complete my transaction online as I wished. Overall, it was very efficient, and I was able to know I was making the right selection for me.

Sales associates were great - left me alone to browse and were accommodating when I needed help

Derrick was excellent! He left us alone when we asked for time to browse and he was right there with ALL the answers when we were ready to buy. We made a relatively small purchase but he treated us like we broke the bank. We'll look for him when we return.

Derreck was really helpful and nice. We have bought several pieces of furniture there and every time is a positive experience. Derreck took the time to make sure he understood what we were looking for.

Chris was really knowledgeable and friendly. He provided me with all details and helped me make my decision.

I ordered online call several times Left voice message on the messaging center to get hold of someone to get updated about my order no ok ne pickup I have tried online chat Which another wast of time. Tried to call main 800# not getting live person talk to. It's been 24 hours still didn't get any update or call back.

What a customer service I would given them 1/2 star if there were any options

The sales person was very helpful and explained all the options to us and guarantees. The manager reviewed everything but pushed the 'return option' which we had already declined.

The store was nice, and the sales associate was very friendly.
Only negative was at the customer pick up location on Chapel Rd. Better signage is needed as you drive in. It is a large distribution building and it is not clear where to pick. up items.
I asked someone in the parking lot, and they directed me to the visitor entrance. I parked and walked up to the door to see a sign there directing me around the building where I then had to call a phone number. After a few minutes, the guys came out to help me. They were very nice and courteous.
There should have been a road sign at the entrance with an arrow directing me around the building with subsequent signage along the way.

It was great. The person did not rush us into buying. He was patient ,nice ,helpful.Everything went smooth. I have no complaints.

Monica is the best! Love her personal and professional skills. It’s nice to be working with somebody that makes you feel comfortable that you don’t need to worry about anything because they are clearly on top of what’s going on.

This was our second large purchase from Raymour & Flanigan, and its so low stress and easy. We love the options and appreciate the knowledge of the salespeople.
