Absolutely the worst furniture purchase I have ever made. Purchased a modular leather couch. I told the salesman the space we had he figured out what would work, and we bought it. It was delivered, but would not assemble the way the salesman had laid it out. The delivery guys couldn't assemble it and left the entire thing in the middle of the floor - unassembled and told us we would have to purchase something else. After 2 weeks of back and forth with management, they finally agreed to return a chase lounge and we would pay for a recliner. They made us pay for a second delivery fee. They delivered the new recliner - the electronics wouldn't work. The delivery guy went to truck and scavenged a part off of another piece of furniture on the truck. He hooked that up and they left. We had to argue with them to get them to assemble the sectional properly. They assembled it and left. We subsequently found out that the electronics now wouldn't work on another piece of the furniture - because it is all supposed to be wired together. Called the store. They said they would turn the delivery truck around and come back to the house to remedy it. I changed my work schedule to wait for them. They never show. Finally after waiting nearly all day - they call and said they would try to send out a service guy next week. Aaagh! Hands down the most unprofessional organization I've ever had the displeasure to work with. My advice is go anywhere else. I've paid two exuberant delivery fees and my furniture still is not set up properly. I regret walking into their store. You will too.

When my sister and I entered, Raymour and Flanigan, we were greeted with a smiling face, and a happy “Good afternoon.” We introduced ourselves to the sales person and told her what we were looking for. She knew exactly where to take us and offered several options. She even was able to offer several suggestions of fabric choices that are more durable and would stand up better against my cats scratching behaviors. When we left, I had purchased a loveseat that was exactly what I wanted at a decent price. I am looking forward to Monday when the loveseat is scheduled to be delivered. I would like to give a shout out to Norjah. She was friendly, professional, and was very knowledgeable about the products she showed us.
