The salesman was great
The salesman was great! Listened to our wants and needs. Showed us appropriate choices. Only down point was being approached as soon as we walked in, didn't even get to look at a single piece of furniture before being approached.

Best experience thanks to salesman Lidner!
Salesman Lidner Blain made the experience an exceptional one. He asked the right questions and showed us numerous options to choose from. He was observant in our choices and ultimately recommended a set of sofas we immediately fell in love with. It had the perfect comfort, look and all specifications we were longing for. In addition, he was courteous with an incredible sense of humor, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions including arranging for out of state delivery. He reviewed all the costs associated with the purchase and never, ever, pressured us in making any decisions. He truly made the experience a more pleasant one for us in every aspect.

The salesman could not even get my name right.The cashier was blaming the salesman for not doing his job.
At the end of the transaction the salesman ,was sarcastic on top of all this.
I was almost ready to cancell the order.
