One bad apple can spoil the experience.
My sales person (Mr. Liedner) was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately when we went to the cashier to finish the sale the lady behind the desk was very rude and unpleasant. While Mr Liedner was finishing up the paperwork she said very rudely that he needed to hurry up because she was on a phone call. I told Mr Liedner that I was not going to tolerate that and would be more than happy to take my business elsewhere. He apologized for her behavior and we finished the sale while she gave me a very unpleasant scowl. The gentlemen at the loading dock were also very pleasant and helpful. It’s a shame that one disgruntled person can spoil the experience.
