Walked was met by the Mgr, we had an appointment. He was wonderful and comforting. While we were speaking a sales associate was a little rude by coming over to say he was next. Our favorite associate in the store is Tiffany and as long as she works there will be our go to associate.

Thank God for the warranty
The furniture isn't the best and the leather finish started fading after 3 yrs. Thank God I purchased the platinum protection warranty because after futher examination from R&F they are replacing the sofa.

Positive Experience
We opted to visit the Middletown, NY store because that site had the items in the showroom that we saw online and were interested in purchasing.
John, the salesperson who assisted us, carefully listened so that he better understood our preferences and needs. He expertly offered several options and patiently and without pressure assisted my husband and I to reach a compromise with our selection.
We were pleasantly surprised to learn the furniture will be delivered this week. Based on our experience, we can recommend this store.
