Matt gave us the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had purchasing furniture. He was not ontop of us like white on rice. He approached us as we walked through the door, gave us his name, and let us shop. We had him paged when we were ready to purchase. He has a great sense of humor and was very helpful with all my questions. He is a definite asset to Raymour and Flanigan sales team.

We were looking for a new mattress and knew basically what we wanted when we went in. We were greeted by Ed Rubenstein who was very friendly and way more knowledgeable than we expected. We bought the mattress we were looking for with great service from Ed.

Christopher was very personable and a great salesman in the Middletown store. He was extremely knowledgeable of the couches in the showroom and very patient with our difficulty making a final decision on our purchase. Once we decided on our couch, finalizing the sale and setting a delivery date was a breeze. I highly recommend getting the warranty package, Raymour and Flanigan stand behind their products, for this was one of many purchases made from this store. We’re looking forward to getting our new couch this Saturday!

Other than the salesman, this has been a terrible experience for myself and family. I spent over $8,500 just to receive 2 broken pieces, a cushion with a pull, a missing pillow. The credenza was water damaged and cracked. The second smells like mold, has black mold spots, is cracked and scratched. I am stuck with this piece of garbage until Friday, unless I want to bring it back myself and pick up another one. When asked if I would be reimbursed for shipping if I did that, the answer was no. Let's not forget about being hung up on by "customer service."

I went into select a replacement for my couch that was under platinum warranty. I normally would have been able to get the same couch replaced, but it is no longer being made so I had to choose a different one. The manager was not helpful with looking into my different options, and it felt like he couldn’t get me out of the store fast enough. I’m also extremely disappointed because there weren’t any similar couches to my original one within the same price range anymore (purchased about two years ago) so not only did I have to settle for an inferior smaller couch, I still had to pay almost $300 extra despite having the platinum warranty. I wouldn’t go back here or order from them again after this experience.

We came in looking to upgrade our mattress. We had an idea of what we wanted and our salesperson Carole Denison priced a couple of options and when we asked if there was anything comparable but less expensive she went to one other associate (sorry but I can’t remember his name only that he was very well versed in mattresses) He recommended the mattress we ended up loving and Carole was lovely during the whole transaction!!! And we get our new mattresses this week!
