Raymour & Flanigan - Nanuet Reviews 

I was scheduled to get an exchange delivered today and they keep going to my old address that I already change with them 6 months ago🤦‍♂️. I have call customer service about this like 5 times already and every time they said they will change the address on the system but no luck. I am very disappointed

Worked with Jomon for all furniture I needed. He was patient, respectful, calm, understanding of what I was looking for, & went the extra mile to please me. He earned my trust, which is hard to find in todays world. If you shop in the Nanuet store, ask for Jomon.

We had seen these couches at a sale price. The salesman didn't mention when the sale would end so we assumed we had time to think it over. Exactly two weeks later we went back and the price had changed significantly but they( the manager and his superiors) were agreeable to sell it to us at the sale price we had seen previously and gave us another $25 off. The salesman that greeted us on our second time when we made the purchase, said he had been the one who assisted us the first time, even though I insisted he was not, he continued to say he was. After our transaction I thought I spotted our original salesman. Later when I returned home I checked and I was correct. The second salesman falsely insisted he was the original salesman. My apologies to the gentleman who assisted us first. I would have liked to have given him the sale. Shame on the second salesman.

The salesman didn’t seem to know a lot, like Maybe he was new. I told him I needed delivery within the next two days but he said it wasn’t possible, so I told him I would pick it up. I asked if it came in 2 pieces and he said no. Then when I went to pay for it the lady that took the payment asked why I wasn’t getting it delivered. I told her Muhammad said delivery in my time frame wasn’t possible but she said that it was so I paid the extra for the delivery. About 30 minutes after I left Muhammad called me and said good news your recliner will be delivered tomorrow, Thursday October fifth. By 2 Pm on the fifth no one contacted me so I called the store, 5 or 6 times until I finally got Lynn Corsey on the phone. The order for pick up was never cancelled and the order for delivery was never filled. My recliner was still in Syracuse. I told her that I needed the delivery by Friday, I was in town for my mom’s birthday and I wanted to make sure that it was delivered and set up before I left on Saturday. She said that I couldn’t get it delivered until Sunday. Lynn was very nice and very helpful. I made arrangements for someone to be there with my mom on Sunday for the delivery. The delivery overall went well. I monitored everything from my home in Las Vegas. But according to the tracking they arrived at my mom’s house about a half hour after they said they arrived. Lynn offered free delivery and I accepted, but other than that my experience was absolutely horrible. I will NEVER recommend Raymour and Flanagan to anyone and I will be sure to tell them explicit details of the lack of the salesperson’s knowledge to the screwup between delivery and pickup so absolutely nothing got done. I’m completely DISSATISFIED!!
