Raymour & Flanigan - Newington Reviews 

I have been a R&F customer since 2011and have always received quality products and services. Their customer service is excellent and I have been happy with all my purchases. Just recently I received excellent customer service on an item I waited 2 months for delivery due to COVID constraints. When a mishap in delivery occurred the manager took responsibility and facilitated quick delivery of the item. I was very satisfied with the managers actions and happy to receive my item. While I was waiting for resolution to that issue I saw a piece of furniture I liked and the very next day purchased it. Before I made my purchase I weighed it against the outcome of the managers decision on the scenario I just described. Needless to say the outcome was favorable and I will continue to be a loyal R&F customer.

Great service! I went on Sunday, my mattress was delivered Monday morning! And free delivery.

My salesperson was very patient with me while I made my choices. He was very pleasant and personable.

The difference in service between Bob's, Ashley's, and Raymour and Flanigan is tremendous!! I loved the service everyone was very attentive and understanding. Picked out the bunk beds on my second trip there. I compared product and service between all three and chose Raymour!!

No pressure sales. Third purchase we’ve made this month.

Although the service was good, because we are replacing a damaged piece of furniture from a set, we weren't able to get the extended platinum insurance on the new pieces. Quite disheartening.

It was a witch hunt in finding my merchandise after delivery! Also, server was not ordered with initial order!

We worked with Michael Shippers and he was very pleasant to work with. He helped us pick out the right fabric to have the chairs done over in to go with the couch and he helped us get extra fabric so that I can make arm and headrest covers!! Although we live in Newington - over the mountain - it was worth the drive to see what the Avon store had. We're looking forward to having the three new pieces to brighten up our home.

Great customer service at the Newington, CT store. Professional, patient and gave me my space while I was making my decisions. No pressure to make a purchase which is another plus as well as easy to work with. Will be going back to this store and to make additional purchases.

Your policy for reselect is inflexible and not customer oriented.
