Lack of communication
I waited five weeks for a replacement order. This is the second time a special order has arrived damaged. The warehouse said I would receive a call. That never happened. I spent three days call Raymour and Flanigan for an update. Only to find out an order was placed on Monday. The item is back ordered until August. No one notified me about this until June 24th.
Got the run around from the store when…
Got the run around from the store when we had a problem with the furniture. They never called me back as they said that they would. Took 2 months to finally resolve the issues. Service technician from Stratford was very good and courteous as well as the delivery men

We met with the Sales Manager who was polite and professional. He connected us with our sales woman Sandra Zamot who was professional and extremely polite and helpful. She made our purchase a very pleasant experience.
Spent $2,000 on a chair and sofa set
Spent $2,000 on a chair and sofa set, that just isn’t comfortable after using it a few days. I asked about the return ability and they said no, we don’t accept returns, it’s yours now. It was a pleasure assisting you. Won’t go here again, obviously.
Not in store means no sale....
I went to the Newington location to look at a certain chair. Only online I was told. I would have traveled to SIT in the chair but unfortunately with a 15% restocking fee for sight unseen furniture is disappointing. I left the store and purchased online for a couple pieces I did see there, but the bulk of my livingroom and sunroom will be bought elsewhere

/When you think mattress, think Raymour & Flanigan!!…
I came into the store yesterday looking for a new mattress. My sales Associate, Jide Morris is very knowledgable with the products Raymour & Flanigan have to offer. I was impressed. He used this knowledge of the products to help me choose the best one out there for our needs. Not pushy, not even a nudge, which I truly appreciated. With his help I will sleeping soundly, hopefully tomorrow night :=)
Delivery didn’t happen
I had a delivery scheduled morning window took off the morning from work. The driver went by me two times I flagged him down. He ignored me and left the next. I knew my delivery update went to canceled. I tried all day six hours worth of time calling chatting emailing no one helped this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them.
Issue Resolved
I recently had an issue with some furniture I had purchased at Raymour & Flanagan. They remedied the issue to my satisfaction. The store Manager Chris at the Newington CT store was great to work with. I recommend them for furniture purchases.
Promise Credit never giving
My Mother in Law Ivette Rodriguez order a bedroom set a few weeks back from this Raymour and was promise free delivery credit due to her bedroom set having to keep moving her delivery days last min and was going to cancel the order but was promised $300 credit on her bill for credit for delivery and a $300 gift card to the store due to the first bed delivered being broken. She kept calling back but still no results. Feel like at this time she was lied too. And this is terrible customer service. Patrick was the manager that promise these credits.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my couch from Raymour & Flanigan, thanks to the outstanding service from your sales associate, Dave. From the moment we walked in, Dave was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs.
We placed our order during the Memorial Day sale and had to delay our shipment since we weren’t moving into our apartment until the middle of June — Dave made sure to keep track of everything and personally followed up with us when it was time to schedule the delivery. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service really stood out.
The day before our original delivery date, one of the furniture pieces unfortunately arrived damaged. Rather than letting it become a surprise, Dave contacted us right away to keep us informed and made sure everything was handled properly.
When delivery day came, the team was prompt, professional, and respectful of our space. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Huge thanks to Dave and the Raymour & Flanigan team for going above and beyond!
