Great product, horrible commissioned sales…
We found the sofa we wanted and ordered it online. We chose not to buy while we were in the store because the commissioned salesman was so obnoxious and didn't listen to anything we were saying. We finally asked him to leave us alone and let us look on our own because he was NOT LISTENING to what we were saying. Christopher was awful.

Very bad delivery experienced
Like: variety of choices. Buying process went well.
Dislike: delivery experienced below average
Delivery scheduled on a Monday. Stayed home to waited only find out that 1 pcs was missing. Uninformed. Another pcs was minor damaged. Deliver person called his boss, and have me spoke to the supervisor. The supervisor promises a replacement (for the damage piece, to be deliver on Wed. Stay home on Wed, waited, no show, no phone call, email, nor text.
I called, got passed around between customer service and warehouse. Finally got a deliver promise for the missing piece and the damage piece on Sat. Again, staying home waited on Sat. Deliver came with only the missing pcs, the replacement did not showed up. I sent an email to sale person, expressed my concern. No response ! I then put in a rating for deliver of 1*. A supervisor called, and asked me to change the rating and he will deliver the replacement pcs on the afternoon of the same day (Sat). OK, so I have spent enough time on this deliver. 3 days !!! for something that was suppose to be 1 day. Since, I never received any further communicating of anyone CARE about my time that they'd wasted. Let's keep in mind that this is not a free delivery. It cost ~$250 (forget the exact #).
It is not the delivery guys who messed this up. It is those that managing/coordinating/communicating that DO NOT CARE about customer. Imaging if you were planning a certain event for your family and this thing happen to you. If it wasn't for consideration of all the hardworking delivery person out there, this experienced worth less than a 0 star.
And by the way, don't tell me to call customer service if I still concern about this experienced. I've made enough phone called thru out this process.
