Layaway plan perfect……

The salesman totally ordered the wrong table and chairs. Now I had to go back to store to correct his mistake.and have to wait a week for the correct merchandise.

First time shopping at Raymour & Flanigan. The showroom was set up beautifully - easy to shop & so many choices! Varsha was very helpful, patient & informative.

We were immediately greeted by a salesperson when we entered the store BUT she did not pressure us at all and just told us that if we needed anything she would be happy to assist and left us to walk around the store to look at our leisure. She checked in with us a few times but, again, no pressure and did not follow us around the store. When we were ready for assistance, she was more than helpful and made our purchase very smooth.

We love Raymour and Flanigan for it’s our goto furniture store excellent service and Mike Garber is the best knowledgeable sales person I have dealt with good people are hard to find now a days

It was a Saturday and I just realized how important a new recliner would be to assist in my recovery from surgery I was having the following Monday. Silly me for not realizing this sooner. Despite the immediate need, I didn't want to spend money on whatever was available that day, and had my mind set on a specific chair in a specific color. The manager was empathetic of my situation and allowed me to purchase the chair I wanted off the floor that day and genuinely wished me a speedy recovery. That was 2 weeks ago and with that new recliner, my recovery went as smoothly as one could as for. I am very grateful and will always look first to R&F for all of my future furniture needs! Thank you for throwing "policies" aside when it was truly needed! :-)

Jennifer B. sold me a bedroom set and mattress for my teenager today. SHE WAS AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgable, down to earth but professional. She was patient and answered all of our questions while helping to guide us in what would work better for us. No pressure at all, she seemed to truly care. Seriously she is 100% why I spent a good deal of money there tonight, i usuallly avoid the furniture store pressure!!!! I would recommend her as over 5 stars!

Scheduled for 2pm-5pm, and received call from driver at 745am advising that delivery is now and at my house. I had to leave work and meet at my house and lose a day pay

We found a perfect dining room table set via the website at an excellent sale price. The site stated correctly that it was in stock at a nearby store. We saw it in person and it was better than we could have imagined. The salesperson was very patient, considerate, and helpful with our decision-making process.
