Great experience
This was by far the best experience. No pressure. Great discussions. Advised of other customer reviews of mattresses. Even had personal experience shared by the employee. Was not attacked as per usual when you walk in to these types of stores, was treated with respect and assisted to exactly where we needed to go.

We came to the showroom several times looking for a sectional. Collette, one of the sales consultants, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We ended up picking what we liked on our second visit. The whole process from selecting the right configuration to applying for credit was quick and easy. All in all, great experience.

POOR COMMUNICATIONS
I received an email saying I would receive another email to advise me as to the time of our mattress delivery scheduled for the next day. I never received that email and the delivery men were at my front door just before 8 am...my wife and I had just gotten out of bed not expecting such an early delivery. Needless to say , we were not dressed and the bed had not yet been stripped. We ran around in a hurry while your delivery men waited very patiently...they did an excellent job with the delivery and were very courteous. Your scheduling office definitely needs some work !!!
