I made the entire purchase over the phone. Nova was informative, easy to talk to and knew exactly what she was doing. I made the purchase, arranged for the delivery the next day and the pick up of the old mattress. It took only half an hour and today they delivered my new mattress.

I recently purchased 4 rooms of furniture from Mercedes who was very nice and helpful. I did have some issues with a few pieces and I was very pleased with the quick response to resolve the problems. The young lady at the customer service desk was sweet and very accommodating. She was happy to help in any way she could and the service and delivery men were great too. I would not hesitate to recommend R&F and will definitely use them again for furniture needs.

Associates could use some training
Our sales associate was very nice and attentive for a bit but then assumed we weren't going to buy. She never asked if there was anything else and politely said "Thanks for visiting today" and walked away. I went home and order online!!

In stead of sales people walking around with you have them greet you at the door, hand you their card, when selection is made or questions arise them contact that sales person. I will wait to make my additional purchases until I feel comfortable shopping at Raymour & Flanigan again. Hopefully my delivery goes smoothly.
