Raymour & Flanigan - Paramus Outlet Reviews 

We purchased a couch and loveseat after trying several different brands and types. We purchased the couch and loveseat because it was the most comfortable. When ours arrived, they were both very uncomfortable and hard. We contacted the store and we were told that the ones in the store get sat on a lot and ours would take 6 months to a year to break in. We only want the same comfort level as the ones on display. Very unprofessional and do not stand behind their products. Very disappointing.

From the attentiveness and care of the staff in assisting with information, answers and availability of the merchandise to the final sale was top notch. Leslie, was professional and a delight to work with. A happy customer!!

I am a long time R&F customer. I have never had a worse experience than dealing with the Paramus Outlet. The pick up/delivery notification was terrible. The staff lacks professionalism to say the least. I will continue to be a loyal R&F customer, but will NEVER do business withe the Parsmus location, I will never recommend that location to family and friends.

Sheila did a very good job in describing explaining and demonstrated the models that we were looking at, as well as keeping the prices down to our price range, I feel that we got everything that I was looking for.

Lisa Sinclair was a very helpful sales representative! She was of great assistance in figuring out measurements that would work for our living room, which is so important in making a successful purchase. She had a friendly and patient manner - never hoovering too much, but also making herself available when needed.

The first time we went to Raymour Flaingan Outlet store in Paramus we met Elvia. She was friendly, knowledgeable about furniture and no pressure whatsoever. We looked around found what we liked but needed to shop around. After visiting several other furniture stores we were convinced to go back and see Elvia. She gave us the best price and a quick delivery date. I highly recommend this store.

From the entrance, the hospitality from team and Blanca Peña introducing herself and acknowledging us and what we were looking for and her showing us where exactly to look at , then her giving us the space we needed to look at things and check all the choices and still be present to see when we had a question, she was all there and very professional . Then back to giving us the space to continue checking everything out with no rush from her , no pressure , but remaining close enough to know when we had a question, she was on point . Blanca thank you and can’t wait to see my new couches in my living room in a few days.
