Dave Smith was an excellent sales…
Dave Smith was an excellent sales representative. We needed a reclining lift chair in an urgent manner. When I called the store. Dave told me the options and that it may be possible to get one the next day. We went to the store to meet with Dave. He again showed us the options and was very diligent in explaining each option. He was attentive, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He made our shopping experience enjoyable. And our chair came the next day!

I came to the store knowing what I wanted. I was greeted at the door by Philip Chiappa. He took me right to the furniture. Told me he had the same set at home and how good it is. That was all I needed to seal the deal. Good pricing with the protection plan and the customer service desk was fantastic. Everyone was respectful, professional, and informative. This is my 3rd set of furniture.

Purchased a bed and night stand at…
Purchased a bed and night stand at Phillipsburg location. I told Joe that I had a universal attachment from mattress firm for the adjustable bed and he said it was fine. When they came to install it I needed the one from raymour. Well they were going to bring it the next day but of course they told me they were not in the area that day so again I had to wait. Every time I purchase from them there is a problem. I had a living room set from them and got the extended warranty and when the chair broke and they couldn't get the parts to fix it they gave me a new chair but voided my warranty. The salesman say anything for the sale but don't stand up when something goes wrong. All I hear is I'm sorry. That's not good enough. I will never shop there again and will tell people to go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. My daughter and a friend went in to look around, the salesmen at the door ignored them, a woman told them to leave if they weren't going to buy anything. So, she came home with this story instead of asking me to go back and buy something she found. Nobody is going to ever be going back to the Phillipsburg store!
