My experience was great! When I walked into the store I was greeted by the staff there! It was a great experience because Rhonda helped me so much trying to figure out the right mattress for me, due to severe lower back pains. She made the process so easy with payment. I would definitely recommend this place and their friendly staff. Thank so much for making this a great experience for me! :)

This store had a lot of stock not available in others. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable. Very helpful. We ended buying everything there. We had no luck in previous shopping at four furniture stores.

The absolute best part of my experience with shopping for furniture was the help I received from Robbin, the wonderful salesperson. She was personable, calm, informative, and not the least bit pushy, as many salespeople so often are. I don’t think I would have purchased the sofa without her helpful approach.

My wife and I had a very pleasurable purchasing experience with Robbin Ebo-Hunt in the Plymouth Meeting, PA store. We purchased two Beauty Rest Black C-series Twin XL mattresses, two adjustable bases, sheets, and mattress protectors. Robbin provided expertise in the selection of just the right combination of bedding and supplies, saving us time and money. Delivery was excellent!

We went to buy a mattress and Linda Diaz was extremely helpful - knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We got exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend R&F and Linda.

I spent $5000.00 on a mattress. The sales person Linda told us my old headboard would fit it didn’t. Also said they would take old mattress they didn’t I will never ever ever recommend or shop there again. Sales person think was a liar and unprofessional. I don’t have that information now because my lawyer has it snd I’m still waiting for someone to come out my stuff together was supposed to be here between 1 and 4 it’s after 4 my husband took off his both jobs. This is so unprofessional of your company again tonight will be the second night I have no bed to sleep in and I have osteoporosis and needs a bed if thru don’t come thru better come pick up all this stuff they left here I’m so aggravated you this company.

Daryl, ou sales associate in Plymouth meeting, was fantastic. She was very nice, helpful and well informed. I did find it odd that there were no available swatches of the leather for the sofa I was buying. I it would be helpful if the stores had them. I probably would have made a purchase on the spot.
