I must say we went to many different stores in search for the perfect recliner for my mother in law. Linda was just perfect in all aspects of our needs! She not only was professional and not pushy but she help us make the final decision!! Thanks Linda ✅

The company’s protection plan pricing is very high!!! Factoring in delivery costs, I was looking at an additional $500 plus on the initial purchase price including taxes. That price alone was more than the cost of an additional piece for the living room set purchased (ottoman). I understand prices have increased since last year; it would be helpful if there was some sort of wiggle room to be able to add the protection plan. My sales rep, Daryl, was fabulous and attempted to do so; however, we were shot down by the manager on duty. I appreciate Daryl’s attempt; for that alone, I’m leaving a 4star review

My sales person was great. There was no pressure to make a purchase. She was also, very knowledgeable in helping me to pick the right mattress that would work for me.

I found what we wanted and needed, a new sofa for our den. We found it quickly. It was high quality, comfortable, firm, and fairly priced. And, we are very picky. We were able to select the fabric and will complete the order tomorrow. As an added bonus, our recliner needed to be replaced. I found a high quality replacement for that in minutes.

No endless hours and days of frustrating furniture shopping. One stop at a quality furniture store, and success!

Delivery was fast. Another store gave us an estimate of a few months to get our set. We had our set two days after ordering.

Nice selection, good sales person, but took WAY too long to check out.

after several weeks of looking at sofas on many different sites, i came back to the hutchinson. i had already seen it in my neighbor’s apartment, so i knew what it looked like IRL and how it felt to sit on. i never ordered something as expensive as a sofa on line, but i took the plunge, and it was almost ridiculously easy!

We appreciate the on going communication before and during delivery. This allowed us to track our delivery without waiting around and wondering. Thank you.
