Our salesperson Jen was awesome!! No pressure and soo helpful!! We were not sure what type or price we were going for but with her help and options it was relatively easy and enjoyable!!

Our sales lady Ann was extremely helpful in helping us pick our new mattress. We had a short wait time for delivery and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Glenny greeted us nicely as we entered and pointed out to us where everything was located that we were interested in. No pressure and checked in twice while we were looking around. Exactly how I like it.

Salesman was very nice. Answered alll of my questions. Was understanding of the special needs I had. Delivery was speedy. Received the next day. Delivery personnel were courteous and respectful.

We loved that you had our last purchase on record including the measurements of each piece. Dawn was very friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery time was surprisingly fast!

Josh was a wonderful sales rep, he gave us just the right amount of attention. We found lots of great choices and had fun choosing.

We were kindly greeted at the entrance. Our sales associate asked a few questions to see what we were interested in and went to work for us. He was knowledgeable of the products and got us exactly what we wanted to finish our newly renovated space. This is our second experience with Raymour & Flanigan, and we couldn't be happier.

Plenty of furniture to choose from. Staff was ready and willing to help.

Exceptional customer service

Went to leesport store first, but they dii oh don’t have the matching love seat to our furniture at this location, but was told they will have it at wyomissing store. So we went over to wyomissing, and was told loveseats are not avail because they take up to much room. Sooo, we bought it anyhow with the guidance of jeffrey shuman assuring us the details of the loveseat, and showing us pics of it. He was an excellent, professional salesman. Very nice. The checkout clerk was also very friendly and professional. Today our old furniture was removed, and I paid off the balance and set up delivery day for next Tuesday. I’m sure we will love the new love seat, because we love the matching sofa. Thank you.
