As repeat loyal customers, both Anna & Amir were very professional & took the time to show us details about the reclining leather sofa w/theatre sound that we selected today ~ due to an unfortunate loss/circumstance at our home.
It was very helpful to actually visit the vignette/display furniture at your store so a customer can easily visualize it in their very own home setting. Very satisfied w/our experience thus far.

Great service
Customer Service rep greeted us at door. Very helpful in explaining details of furniture. When we told her why we were at Scranton, she told us that only the manager could handle. She excused herself and reached out to the manager who came to us promptly. He listened to us and looked up our account. He understood the situation and took great care of us. Our furniture will arrive next Tuesday

We had intended to just look around
We had intended to just look around, we’ve been bombarded by salespeople there before and left bc they were too pushy. Carlos met us when we came in. He was very friendly, asked us what we were looking for, what our concerns were and showed us some furniture. He was friendly, not pushy, not overbearing. He answered all our questions and did not hover. I would only deal with him in the future. I was soured on Raymour for many years bc of our last experience. We didn’t even buy anything the first day, but came back after discussing it the next day and bought from Carlos. We appreciate all he helped us with very much!
