Another outstanding experience at Raymour and Flanigan in Stroudsburg. My wife and I recently bought a dining room set. As we entered the show room we were looking for the same sales person we’ve worked with over many years. He saw us and was already on his way to us. Mark S. is the consummate professional; we are repeat customers because of Mark. In fact, we have our family and friends go to Mark when shopping for furniture. I ordered a bed and nightstand
I ordered a bed and nightstand. I was given a delivery date. No problem but I had to make changes to my schedule. They forgot the bed frame. Told them don’t take anything off the truck. Then given another date they forgot the mattress cover. My 75 y/o husband drives to the store to p/u. We paid $149.00 for delivery and the $120.00 mattress cover is a joke. They said they will send gift card for future purchase. lol No Thanks!
