UPDATE: Raymour Flanigan promptly responded to my previous review addressing a concern. The care team verified the information and provided me with the Gift Card info I was promised. I can only assume it was lost in the mail. So, I am now fully satisfied with the level of service I received and now with the great diligence that the care team showed in addressing my review.

Finding and selecting furniture was easy and Mary assisted with the initial purchase. My only issue stands with being told by Kevin (supervisor) I would receive a 250.00 gift card as a recently retired Army Veteran in lieu of discounts that were not available. It was never received even after speaking with the gentleman 2 weeks later. I am a person that takes a person's word seriously and that did not sit well. A false promise to sway my purchase which it did not my wife lives the furniture we were buying regardless. Mary was great in assisting with the sale, service was fair.

Have purchased multiple rooms of furniture, wanted an accent recliner to go with our LR set, Rocco Beard was very helpful and patient while trying to find one that we liked, gave specifics on each recliners features, helping to match colors and fabric with the previous set purchased . Also purchased firepit chat grouping, got a great price, Love it! If you’re in the Stroudsburg Raymour & Flanagan, ask for Rocco!

Sales man Anthony was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. He knew his products and pointed me to exactly what I was looking for. He ordered color swatches for me so I could match up the fabric to my wall paint and flooring. Swatches came in a weeks time. My order was placed as soon as I knew what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Anthony at the Stroudsburg store!
