Great customer service beautiful furniture

Raymond Whitlock was a very good salesman. He showed me many examples of what I said I wanted. When I saw the one I wanted, he took me back to close the purchase. My only problem is with the cost of the delivery. $149.00, and I still have to pay to remove the old couch? I really don't think that is fair.

Bob Roth was our consultant. Absolutely professional, informative, not “pushy”, really genuine. He was extremely patient with us, knew everything about the sectionals which we were looking for.

This is by far the BEST place to buy your Funiture for your home or your office ! Our experience was beyond fantastic, the prices were unmatched. Our experience was the best we ever had buying anything because of Ms Mary, our sales person. Her customer service skills is on point. Without hesitation I would highly recommend her to be your sales person . Her knowledge about my living room preference was impressive. Knowing what Funiture will be suitable for my living arrangements. Gratefully I was assisted by Ms Mary. Now my house looks amazing, and we’ll put together. If shopping at the Stroudsburg Pa location, ask for Ms. Mary. You will not be disappointed.

The consultant was extremely helpful and patient. Mark showed my mom and me many bedroom sets, to include mattresses before we made our final decisions. We will visit the Stroudsburg gallery again in the near future.

Store is super clean. Vibe is very comfortable with class. Salesperson introduced himself and allowed us to shop with no hovering. As a result we felt no pressure and took our time successfully settling on the right recliner for our home. Price was within the range we expected. I wish I saw the dog print pillow and chair sooner 😁. Negatives: Delivery to home is costly.
