I was greeted with a smile and the sales lady was very knowledgable and answered all my questions, I furnished my country home from Raymond and flannigan I’m very pleased with their quality and fast delivery

Lack of transparency in transacción. Store says somebody should have explained the policy but store platinum plan says she didn't but I don't have voicemail. Lost all trust I had on the store.

Very pleased at my salesperson and her help and knowledge of everything. she worked hard to find the best deal for me and random numbers multiple times. She was not pushy and did not follow me around and would highly recommend her.

I've been a customer of Raymour and Flanigan for years and am still impressed
with their customer services.
Yesterday I walked in to a very impressive showroom and was welcomed by smiling faces. One gentleman BOB ROTH stepped forward to offer his assistance. With his knowledge of Raymour & Flanigan's merchandise and products, I found exactly what I was looking for, and more.

Item was damaged again !! They did help me out moving damaged items upstairs where it went .. but now I have to wait 4/6 weeks more to see if they can fix on what I described .. crazy !! They tried in a nice way .. but it’s not going well at all !!

Liz is an excellent salesperson I only deal with her.

We were looking for a chair that we didn't have to wait a long time for. The sales associate, Rocco, at the Stroudsburg PA store was great! He found the perfect chair for us.

Brandi was helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase. The store was clean, beautifully displayed with quality furniture at reasonable prices. Covid-19 precautions were taken into consideration by staff which was appreciated. Delivery was scheduled and was super quick. Only drawback...the delivery fee. It seemed a bit high, more than 10% of the entire purchase.
