Terrible delivery and customer service!
Terrible customer service!! Paid for white glove delivery of rug and it came with holes and rips all throughout the packaging exposing the rug (so who knows what it touched before arriving)! The people delivering essentially dumped it just inside my front door and rushed me into signing the acceptance of delivery so I didn’t even have time to inspect it before they left. After realizing the issues and calling the showroom, they basically told us that we’d have to bring it to the showroom for them to inspect it for anything to be done, negating the whole point of white glove delivery!

Very nice in person shopping experience
Visited the Union Sq show room and Chuncy Moore was very helpful. We enjoyed window shopping there but were unable to return in person. We will shop there again in the future.

It was easy
It was easy, /everything went extremely smooth. My Salesman was very easy to work with and I look forward in receiving my new sofa.
